On May 6, NV INS issued notice of the 2025 fraud assessment fee.
NV INS issued notice of the 2025 fraud assessment to all insurance companies licensed and having a certificate of authority to sell insurance in the State of Nevada.
Assessment Process
Invoices will not be mailed and failure to pay the 2025 fraud assessment invoice on time will result in an administrative fine in an amount equal to the assessment.
To review/update company contact information, visit NV INS at its website; select Company Address Change Service, click on Fraud Assessment in drop down.
Assessment Due Date
Company contact information must be updated no later than on May 24, 2025.
The 2025 fraud assessment payments are due to NV INS no later than Jul. 15, 2025.
