CZC PRL issued promulgated text 87/2025 Coll. Act amending act 458/2000 Coll. on business conditions and the performance of state administration in the energy sector and on amendments to certain acts (energy act), as amended, and other related acts.
Summary
Act 222/2016 Coll. gives interior ministry 30 calendar days to process the act for publication and to prepare and upload structured data of the act to the e-Collection.
However, if urgent general interest condition is met (or those in sec 12, para 8), Act of Collection of Laws & International Treaties is issued earlier, usually on requestor date.
In such cases, act must be published in legally binding form (pdf) before processed as structured version (before amended regs are created/provided with related metadata).
Structured data will be added to the e-Collection after its processing, along with data addition period, this would be 15 working days from the publication of the act.
For extensive acts, digitization may require 30 calendar days available for publishing the act; this act contains collection of laws/international treaties from Jan. 1, 2024.
