State board of higher education, workforce development council shall compile list of qualifying educational programs for the skilled workforce scholarship program annually
Qualifying program must pertain to the professional and technical skills and emerging occupations in high demand in the state, may include degree or certification programs.
Adds a program resulting in attainment of a master of science degree in nursing, if the individual teaches four clinical credits per calendar year, to list of qualifying programs.
To be eligible for repayment program, must be enrolled in or have completed master of science degree in nursing, reside in ND and must work in occupation requiring degree.
