OCC issued Bulletin 2025-6 informing of appropriate names and addresses for notices required by the Community reinvestment act and the Equal credit opportunity act.
Also, posters required by the Fair housing act; banks should make the appropriate changes to notices and posters, if necessary, within 90 days of this bulletin’s issuance.
This bulletin rescinds OCC Bulletin 2021-35 issued in Aug. 2021, see #112890.
