Assistant managers in single member professional LLCs are now allowed to assume manager’s rights for up to one year following the manager’s death or disqualification.
Role expansion does not authorize assistant managers to perform professional duties or make professional judgments unless permitted by the applicable ethical standards.
Adds assistant manager as officers as exempt qualified persons under licensing laws.
