LTH CB published Resolution 03-87 of May 29, 2025 on statistical reporting framework for collective investment undertakings, approved and attached to the resolution.
Main Points
Approved and attached are general regulations for statistical reporting of collective investment undertakings; statistical report form KIS-01, instructions to complete it.
The data in the KIS-01 form of the statistical report approved by this resolution shall be submitted to the Bank of Lithuania starting with the statistical data for Dec. 2025.
The Department of Data and Statistics must maintain a statistical list of Lithuanian investment funds; adopt decisions allowing the submission of data in the statistical report form KIS-01 less often than once a quarter; collect data, supervise the market.
Effectiveness
The Resolution enters into force on Dec. 1, 2025; the Resolution 03-185 of Oct. 17, 2014, on statistical reporting of collective investment undertakings in invalid.
