On May 21, SK FSC said enhanced disclosure duties will take effect.
SK FSC, SK FSS said the revised Capital markets actand its subordinate regulations enhancing corporate disclosure obligations will be implemented from Jul. 22, 2025.
Enhanced Corporate Disclosure
Firms subject to submitting business reports for the first time after listing must disclose a quarterly/semi-annual report within 5 days in addition to an annual report.
Where a company has decided to submit a business report on the issuance of convertible bonds, bonds with warrants or exchangeable bonds, the details must be disclosed through a report on key matters at least one week prior to the due date.
Effectiveness
The enhanced obligations will be implemented from Jul. 22, 2025.
