Overview
Steps for authorized Under Threshold Class B CSP that intend to convert authorization to become Limited Company Service Provider or Restricted Company Service Provider.
Re Limited Company Service Providers, to streamline process prepared template letter for individuals intending to formally submit intent to be reclassified, submission should reach the MLT FSA by Sep. 30, 2025, for it to process this before the year end.

Prior to submitting Notification form, currently authorized individuals must submit formal request by email asking to voluntarily cancel authorization per Rule Book rules.
Only once MLT FSA determines surrender process finalized, they may then proceed to submit Notification Form to effectively become a Restricted Company Service Provider.
