The bill defines terms on consumers, claims, debt collectors, and debt collections.
In addition to causes of action which survive at common law, such actions may be brought notwithstanding death of person entitled to recover or death of person liable.
If any action is begun during the lifetime of the injured party but party dies pending action, it may be revived in favor of the personal representative of the injured party.
And, prosecuted to judgment and execution against wrongdoer or representative.
If injured party dies before action has begun, any action shall be instituted within the same period of time that would have been applicable had the injured party not died.
