On May 26, SWI BX issued additional rules for listing of derivatives.

  • SWI BX published additional rules for the listing of derivatives (ARD) which define the special requirements for listing, maintaining and cancellation of listings of derivatives.
  • Follows SWI BX Apr. 2025 updated listing rules applicable Jun. 2025, see #252394.
  • Summary
  • Within the meaning of these ARD, considered as derivatives are financial instruments, issued en masse as securities in a standardized form, and characterized by the fact that their value depends on the value of one or several underlying instruments.
  • Unless diverging or supplementing provisions are stipulated, requirements for listing of derivatives according to the present AR comply with clause 3 and 4 of the listing rules.
  • Cl 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6 do not apply; otherwise listing rules provisions apply analogously.
  • Admission board may stipulate additional requirements for listing of some derivatives.
  • Effectiveness
  • The date of entry into force of the additional rules is Jul. 15, 2025.
