On May 26, SWI BX issued additional rules for listing of derivatives.
SWI BX published additional rules for the listing of derivatives (ARD) which define the special requirements for listing, maintaining and cancellation of listings of derivatives.
Within the meaning of these ARD, considered as derivatives are financial instruments, issued en masse as securities in a standardized form, and characterized by the fact that their value depends on the value of one or several underlying instruments.
Unless diverging or supplementing provisions are stipulated, requirements for listing of derivatives according to the present AR comply with clause 3 and 4 of the listing rules.
Cl 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6 do not apply; otherwise listing rules provisions apply analogously.
Admission board may stipulate additional requirements for listing of some derivatives.
