Applies to tax returns and payments, IRA/HSA contributions, payroll and excise taxes, calendar year returns for partnerships and S corporations, and estimated tax payment.
Provides filing or penalty relief to taxpayers with IRS address of record located in the disaster area, uninsured or unreimbursed loss for claim on 2024 or 2025 filing return.
