Proposals
The proposed bill excludes from the number of transactions with cash funds subject to mandatory control the receipt by an individual of funds by a non-resident of Russia.
Such transactions exclude contribution of cash by an individual to an organization, and transactions for first crediting of funds to separate accounts opened in an authorized bank for the main contractor for supply of products under a state defense order.
In line with bill, the list of types of operations on bank accounts (deposits) that are subject to mandatory control is supplemented by such an operation as crediting.
As well as debiting funds from the account of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur engaged in the purchase and sale of precious metals and precious stones.
