Universal Licensure
Board must issue license to out-of-State licensee applicant to practice in ND under certain applicant requirements, including active use license for 2 of 3 years preceding.
Unless board (i.e., regulate particular occupation or profession) is part of effective interstate compact, executed license transfer, existing interstate mobility, reciprocity.
Provided operations requirements for the board, including issuing license within 10 days, and that licensing application form must be made available electronically.
