Gives civil action for wrongful removal, establishing offenses for unlawfully occupying and intentionally damaging a dwelling and providing penalties upon conviction thereof.
Establishes a misdemeanor offense for knowingly presenting a false document purporting to convey real property, providing penalties upon subsequent conviction.
Establishes felony offense for person who knowingly lists/advertises residential real property or commercial building for sale/rent without legal title/authority and penalties
