Aims to make it easier for customers, such as commercial building and property owners, contractors, builders, and trade professionals to manage their accounts.
Citizens Portal
Once launched, invoices, correspondence and other vital documents will go through it.
To avoid disruption to communication and other services, those served by the division must have a valid email address connected to their account with the Division.
Information Update Deadline
To ensure active and current accounts, customer should email to the Division, reference number, name, email address, telephone number, mailing/billing address.
Updated information must be filed with the Division no later than Jul. 31, 2025.
