Properly completed applications must be accompanied by the appropriate fees.
Once application has been filed and processed, application fee may not be refunded; license or certificate issuance fee is $325.00 Letter of good standing is $25.00.
The payment for the license application fees shall be made by certified check, bank check, credit or debit cards, or money order made payable to the State of Tennessee.
Applicant shall provide detailed listing of types of real estate appraisal reports or file memoranda completed by applicant for period applicant claims gained experience.
Separate appraisal logs shall be maintained for supervisory appraiser, if applicable.
A registered trainee may conduct property inspections alone only after completing 500 hours of acceptable experience, or until supervisory appraiser determines competency.
