On Mar. 19, RSPO opened portal for 2023 ACOP submission reporting.
RSPO announced the Annual Communication of Progress (ACOP) 2023 is now open for submissions - reports must be made via MyRSPO member portal by May 3, 2024.
It is noted that submission of the ACOP report is mandatory for all Ordinary and Affiliate members who have been members of the RSPO for at least one year.
However, it is voluntary for all Supply Chain Associates, as well as Ordinary and Affiliate members who have not completed a full year of RSPO membership.
ACOP Guidelines
To help members prepare for ACOP 2023 the RSPO prepared guidelines available in: Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Polish, Spanish, Thai.
All members who need to comply with the Shared Responsibility (SR) requirements are to report their SR performance via Shared Responsibility section of the ACOP report.
SR questions of ACOP were streamlined and improved to align with requirements, aiming to remind RSPO Members to submit SR performance evidence online (guide).
The SR performance uploaded in MyRSPO, together with the certified volume uptake reported in ACOP, is translated into a score published in the SR Scorecard online.
Effectiveness
Reporting is due May 3, 2024 and the next update of the Scorecard will take place in Sep. 2024, using data available in MyRSPO by Jul. 1, 2024 and ACOP 2023 volumes.
